PROS - Location couldn't be better for entrance to fortified city. - In addition to there own restaurant (good food), they're two doors down from a very good pizzeria where everyone said their deserts are amazing (we were too full to try). - Fun room keys (not telling) and use their mini fridge to cool your own items. - Miguel at the front desk was very helpful for information. CONS - Smallish rooms. - If you can find another hotel for cheaper and another 5 or 10min walk from the entrance to the fortified city, go for it. * RECOMMENDED *

I had reserved a non-smoking room, but the mattresses smelled like cigarette ash and there were ashtrays in the room. I was tired, and the room wasn't that smelly, so I didn't ask to change rooms. Breakfast was quite frugal. The front staff were kind and helpful, though.

Easy Access to the main town. Very good clean hotel but some parking problems due to lack of space

This is perfectly located right by the city wall entrance so if you are driving it is easy to park. There is a first class bar area and the staff were excellent. The room was of a good size although it was difficult to make it bright. There is a good restaurant with an outdoor terrace although there are far better located eating places in town.

The hotel had an old world charm and was central to the Obidos location which gave us time to explore the area and gave us a chance to see lots of great little shops and resturants. The Hotel was small but clean and neat and had great history character, it would definetly be someplace I would go back to stay at.
