The room was very clean and a very comfortable bed (better than my own bed..!!), lightning not too bright yet not too dull, if any comment on this area, perhaps another power point or two would make life easier nowdays when we are using phone, laptop chargers, and few other gadgets that need electricity as well as the kettle. Will book again when returning to Melbourne, an easy walk through the park to the City and sporting arenas.

The room was very good, staff were extremely friendly and the location was perfect. The only fault we could pick were the parking facilities, not enough parking for guests and it was drive in and reverse out and very narrow. Otherwise an extremely pleasant stay and would stay there again

We really enjoyed our stay at the Albany. It was so easy to walk to the trams, access trains or just walk into town. The area itself is beautiful and very safe. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely come back to the Albany and know that it contributed to us having a very relaxed holiday. The Moores

Second time for us and this time were upgraded to a really trendy upper level room. Were going to a wedding and needed an early check-in which was granted. Room still being serviced but were given complimentary coffee and biscuits in cute cafe and then able to get into room one hour before normal checkin. Staff very friendly. Great location off St. Kilda Rd. Can't fault at all.

We booked accommodation at the Albany for a recent weekend visit to Melbourne. While the accommodation itself was basic, it was clean & comfortable. The location was great and the staff were amazing! Would certainly stay again.
