This hotel was excellent all round, friendly staff, great room with a balcony and view of the Duomo and a good breakfast buffet choice. Centrally located tucked down a quiet street within easy walking distance of all the major sites. Lots of smiling faces and nothing was too much trouble, tours and reduced queuing museum visits all organised by the reception.

The Albani hotel is well situated near the shops and attractions. The staff were very helpful and we walked to everything we wanted to see. The food was very nice and would recommend it for dinner with great service.

Very nice hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful - great customer service. Whenever we needed any travel help, museum tickets, etc., they cheerfully assisted us with it. I can't say enough good things about them. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the buffet staff was also excellent. These people know how to run a good hotel! Highly recommend!

We had a room with marble bathroom with all amenities. There was no arm-chairs for watching TV in the room. Breakfast is served in the hotel restorant with a reasonable variety of foods. There is a comfortable lounge down stairs with newspapers,one in the English language and a computer with free internet access.

A very good traditional hotel in an excelled location and a top class staff and service. Very good internet for free. Can be highly recommended.
