Very central location. The hotel is two star which is what I required, and bearing in mind that rating, it provided what I needed for a one night stay. If I had wanted to stay longer, I would have gone for a more highly starred establishment.

Nice clean comfortable hotel for the price, staff very helpful and friendly. Good position in centre of city, close to the cathedral. Our only complaint was the thinness of the walls, which meant it was a little noisy at night. Would stay there again.

Good location near the cathedral. Really good view of the cathedral from the room as well if you get on the right side of the building! Clean room and bathroom. The shower head was broken and had to be held. Staff spoke english which was helpful. Good security, felt safe.

Fantastic location just a short couple of blocks from the stunning Rouen Cathedral. Also, incredible close-up views of the cathedral from the room--if you get a room on the correct (north) side of the hotel. For drawbacks, be aware that there's no elevator (the view is great from the first floor, though [U.S. second floor]), and the Internet connection in the rooms, though free, is unsecured, asks you to re-identify yourself every five minutes and is not suitable for checking on any personal information, like your bank account. Secured networks do exist in the hotel, but we were not able to get on any of them.
