First off, I booked a room with two double beds and they tried to give me a room with one queen bed and then acted like I was putting them out by asking for what I reserved. There was no hot water for the showers. The wood frames around the windows was dry rot. Wi-Fi reception was shotty at best.

The hotel was clean but our room smell like cigarette smoke & it was a non-smoking room.

This place was disgusting. We had ants crawling around all over our bathroom. It was a terrible stay. The ONLY thing this place has going for it is its location.

Check-in was easy, as we had used Cheap Tickets, which always makes the check-in process go smoothly. The room was horrific. There were burned iron marks on the carpet, dirty walls, boxsprings, and chairs. The toilet paper dispenser was rusty and the shower head hit our heads and I'm short! Water pressure was non-existent and the tub was so worn out that you could see black coming through, which made it look really dirty! The towels were like sandpaper and the room smelled horrific. The sheets were worn out and the beds hard! However, it was cheap and close to Disney.
