Very nice location in the middle of the Padi fields. Quite and relax and food is made from very fresh ingredients. A bid far from Ubud even if the hotel provides shuttles. Enjoyed the fresh water pool in the 2 bedroom villa we had and overall, will return to Alam Puri.

I like the location, river side, open air, but it will be better if the place in hill, I mean higher place.... and we can hide from anybody...

It is far away from ammenities and tourist spots. Shuttle bus service provided is only limited to 3 timings, 10am, 2pm and 9pm. Anytime other than these timings will require you to pay 10USD for a one way ride to the nearest town area (Ubud). The villa that we stayed was quite run down. Refurnishing & renovation is necessary to upkeep the villas. However, people are nice and gentle.
