This is what I call "home away from home". All the staff are so nice and helpful, they always welcome you back in the lobby area any time you return, asking you how was your day on your day trips...restaurant in the hotel is just gorgeous, smoking shisha and having a meal is just a blast - so tasty and delicious...great service, perfect location. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in (and I have travelled all over the world for more than 20 years). The only strange thing can be the bath tab in the middle of the room, but as there is a little shower room aside, it is not a big deal..and you get used to it.

Enjoyed my stay at Al Manzil for the second time. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfectly located across from Dubai Mall. Rooms are very comfortable.
