Way, way over priced witrh poor food and service. Great location though! Staff were very nice but slow to do anything (if it got done at all). Buffet breakfast was awful.

The staff were very friendly and helful. The food was excellent. We had a very nice room that was very clean.

Dated hotel which needs a refurb - leaks, poor electrics etc. Couldn't find swimming pool but was well positioned in West Amman near new shopping mall. Long walk into downtown Amman and reasonable price.

The hotel is average + in general with excellent location and view, good service, clean rooms, good kitchen but small bathroom and poor facilities.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast could be better ( olives were not fresh, and coffee with strange smell).
