Al Bustan Rotana Hotel Dubai is the most beautiful, in city, hotel in Dubai. The staff can't do enough for you and the place just oozes relaxation and calmnes. The menus on offer are very extensive. On the whole all the services exceeded expectations.

Very good location to the airport and still very quite. Hotel's private driver (Mohamed) was excellent.

My favourite hotel. Exceptionally helpful staff, very welcoming ambiance, large, spotless rooms, great range of restaurants. English language newspapers under door.Close to airport. Free transport to various locations across Dubai. Have to pay to use the internet in the business centre if I recall correctly,

We did not know that the Rotana breakfast closed early on a Friday which was a shame. There was insufficient room around the swimming pool on most days probably due to the erection of the iftar tents. On the whole it was excellent and I would recommend it. Non-muslim travellers need to be made more aware about the impact of Ramadan because it does curtail your activities.
