Very dirty, run down, overused mattress. Very nice staff (drivers, front desk).

I was looking for a cheap place to stay, so I booked this place. The front desk area/lobby look great so I thought it was a good deal. Once I headed to my room, I found out why I had found the cheap rate. - There is no internet in the rooms, even though it says so when you are booking it online. - The room was non-smoking, but it smelled terrible. The front desk guy said that people smoke in them anyways. - There are no elevators and the stairs are very narrow. If you have a heavy/wide bag you will struggle. Other than that, anyone looking for a cheap place for a short stay with no family with them, it would be an option.

We choose this hotel because it mentioned it has been recently restored, but our room was old, old furniture, the carpet was dirty, the bathroom was old with plumbing not in good conditions. The fron desk area looks fine and the outside areas and pool look restored, but the rooms are very bad.

My mother was with me and did not take a shower , very dirty place, the shutter driver never smiles , not friendly at all,could not sleep..I read the bad reviews but want to be close to the airport .. if I new I would have driven from fort myers and just go to the miami int airport.. I would not let my ex mother in law sleep in this place and trust me I dont like that women this is how bad this place is..
