Friendly style - good if you are a traveler and just "need a place to stay" or "base" that is unpretentious, clean, hospitable and well located.

as described, 5mins drive from town centre, but the 5min walk to the lake was perfect (nice quiet spot). Place was very well maintained, and owners friendly. Only 30secs walk from a dairy, a takeaway and a pub (doing meals). Room was very clean; we paid a little extra for the spa bath but didn't use it in the end (these things take ages to fill and seem such a waste of water !)

Usually we stay in more modern motels and alot of them are brand new however I found this on rates to go and for an older motel complex I couldnt fault it, the service was just great the owners just provided such great service giving it there 110% the cleaniness is just superb you could eat ya diner of the shower floor it was that clean
