I called the front desk around 8 pm to report the wireless internet was not working. They said to come to the lobby. I requested that it be fixed. It was still not working the next morning.

I only stayed for a night at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a very good night sleep the bed was very cozy. The temperature of the room still was good after I turned off the heating/cooling unit. I was afraid that it would be noise because it is very near to the airport, but I was surprised that was very quiet. The hotel was very near to restaurants if you did not want to eat at the Chinese restaurant that is inside the hotel. It is also about three miles from the airport and allowed me to sleep those extra minutes and avoid the traffic of the city. I was very pleased with the amenities (breakfast, internet, and parking) no extra charge! One thing that turn me off was that the staff at the reception are not very welcoming. They need to smile more and make the people feel welcome. I felt that I was bothering them when I checked into the hotel and when I checked out. Overall, I think I got the bang for my buck.

I booked this hotel to give my body a break between the long flight from Sydney, Australia and the short flight to my home state. I just wanted a place to lay my weary head. I found that and much more. The bed was extremely comfortable. The complimentary shuttle service whisked me away from and back to the terminal. The restaurant served an excellent Chinese dinner and then a complimentary breakfast the next morning. The staff was courteous and delightful. I will certainly remember them in the future.

Room was very nice but floor above was very squeeky. Also they charge to leave your car. Called for directions and the man gave us wrong directions and had us lost for one hour.

Stayed one night. Room was clean and efficient. TV wasn't great, but workable and that's okay. Staff was friendly and efficient. Prepaid for everything. Adjoining Chinese food restaurant was pretty good--had simple dinner there after arrival; complimentary breakfast was good the next morning.
