Facilities and location are fine in summer time if you want to lay beside a swimming pool. We had difficulties to find the location even with GPS because address seems not to be fully correct. Close to a main road so quite noisy if you look for a nice quite agriturismo. No restaurant available during low season (December) and since not in a city you need a car to go to the next town (few km) to find a restaurant. Nice in summer, not such a good option in low season.

We were madae very welcome on arrival, a little concerned because we were later than expected. The Rooms were very large and really were in the middle of an Olive grove. Good and plentiful Italian style breakfast. Good outdoor pool, although too cool for us in April. helpful with advice on where to visit and on local restaurants, if required. Would certainly go back.
