the receptionist was the worst ever! we got a smoking room despite requesting for one and she was absolutely unhelpful. she was downright rude and unfriendly. when she was asked regarding directions to the congress area, she replied saying that she was the receptionist and not the concierge. this was our worst experience in any hotel in the world. would definitely NOT recommend Agora Hotel

I read a few nasty review on this hotel before I booked it. Something about bed bugs and stuff. I was quite worried, but this hotel was just fine. Location was good. Right next to this special train station. Parking is free. The room was a bit small, but we did not mind. Overall quite good and satisfied.

Fantastic added features, such as DVD player, sweet on pillow. Information book is extensive.

Reasonable hotel in convenient location. No pictures make the rooms a bit cell-like and decor is dark, but bathrooms are fine and duvets nice and squashy. Double beds are two singles pushed together, which aren''t nice for couples. Distinct lack of plug points - including for supplied kettle - so inventiveness required. Staff kind and helpful.
