I liked this hotel. Had a good mix of clientel and had a good atmosphere. The decor was unique and was a place I would stop if I was travelling with my children as there was a lot to interest them.

The staff was very helpful in helping us to arrange a great tour to Kruger.

Far from luxurious! We arrived late evening at airport. No car collected us although prearranged, & after many calls, still no car! We had to get a taxi. We arrived just in time before the restaurant closed, otherwise we would not have been able to eat. The room, for 2 people was like a postage stamp. Had to even put dinner plates on top of wardrobe! Terrible!

Nobody to meet on arrival.atook an hour to get vehicle there. 2Food worst ever.meat so hard inedible(remicrowaved around 5 times) 3 Offered exchange rate of 5Rand to the US dollar 4Only saving grace was delightful African woman who drove me to bus depot(300 rand)She took my bag to Greyhound depot from taxi park, and gave me a hug before leaving

Hotel itself was nice and the staff were friendly, but it does seem to cater for the back-packer crowd, and as a result was quite noisy. The layout of the hotel is such that people coming back late walk right past all the other rooms, so I was woken up at midnight, one am and quarter to three all in one night--I was only staying as a stopover, so I didn't get much sleep. I think management could have done a bit more to enforce the keeping quiet notice that was displayed.
