Quite good location, only 5-10min walk from nearest metro station. Hotel is located in the middle of indiantown, no restaurants nearby, most of the other hotel guests were from india. We were only europeans. Continental breakfast was more likely 'indian' breakfast. Instant coffee was served, strange indian soups and bread. Breakfast was BIG disappointment. In our room there was cockroaches, bad air, bad ventilation. Room was very small and hotel is old and needs a full renovation. Reception desk wanted to keep our passports till checkout, didn't say reason why? We stayed 5 nights (about 3200 AED, I think was high price for this), and had to be paid fully on check-in day! We would have changed hotel after first night if we haven't paid on first day. I think there is much better hotels in area. I don't recommend this one to anybody.

A good Hotel for the price. They did want to keep our pasports, which was not granted. Would stay there again.

Very friendly staff always there to serve. I would like to stay in the same hotel for my future visits

Breakfast is very poor. People at the front office are not friendly except for one or two. We do not have the freedom to bring our friends to the hotel. When we are hotel guests we should have freedom to do what we want without disturbing others. Please look in to this aspect.

Toilets were leaking & you had to wait a long time to reflush.Warm in lobby.Was in good position as streets were filled with electrcal items for sale alot cheaper than malls & clothes were a bargain too.
