We were in Florence for the first time. The hotel has a very good location, short walk to the train station and the staff was friendly and helpful to give us all the information we needed. The hotel room has double windows so it is very quiet. The room is very clean. Breakfast is good. The internet connection needs to be improved though.

An excellent location, particularly to train station. Rooms are quite comfortable, clean and spacious. Service is excellent and staff are honest and very helpful.

Slightly Old World but with up-to-date amenities and facilities, I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay in this hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend it as a place to stay in Firenze, and would happily stay there again. Very well situated or the airport and station, slightly less for the centre, it is quiet and close to restaurants and services. Il Giardino over the road is a great local place to eat.
