at the hotel the staff were very friendly and efficient , good room and great value for money , our room was upgraded on arrival ,unfortinately the same does not apply at the metro bar and grill that is situated in the same complex ,

I had a Conference at the Perth Conference Exhibition Centre, so the Medina - being just across the courtyard, was perfect. The one-bedroom was very roomy, with a kitchen, and large bathroom. The weather was hot, so the pool was lovely, and I used the gym too. Restaurant downstairs - Metro Bar & Bistro - was also very good. My only complaint is that such a large bathroom could hold some more space for toiletries, etc. I was there for a week and found it frustrating not to have more shelf space.

The staff were friendly, the room felt like a proper apartment (a home away from home feel). The bed was comfortable and the apartment was very clean.

I stayed here by chance and then needed to come back to perth for a conference at the convention centre which is literally right across from this hotel. The rooms are like mini appartments ( even the studio room) so you get extra space to relax in and get some work done. The only downfall is its not really near any restaurants other than the restaurant that is attached to the hotel - I think its called Metro. Having said that, this restaurant is ok and you can organise room service to your appartment - I found the food to be ok but the service very speedy

The hotel was clean and what you would want for business travel. The only concern for me was the location as it was hard to get too.

We went to Perth for just the one night, the location was perfect as it was a short walk from the train station. Room was spacious, clean and perfect for our get away. We will definitely stay again.

Awesome location just a stone's throw away from the City, the park and really close to the bus and train stations. Good facilities and very spacious rooms.

Right next door to the convention centre, so it is great for those conferences etc. The hotel is great but the bath tub could be a little bit cleaner especially the strain hole. Otherwise, it is pretty good.

We really enjoyed our night stay, very clean, spacious rooms and very easy access and with very pleasant helpful staff, and easy walk to the function we attended at the convention centre.

Lovely hotel, had everything you needed but I thought it would have had a flat screen tv being a very modern hotel. A bit confusing on which driveway to get to the foyer if you havn't been there before

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It is very new so cleanliness was not a problem, it was immaculate. The location is fantastic within easy walking distance to the Perth city areas. We were in Perth for a show at His Majesty's Theatre, this was only a 5 minute walk and because of the various walkways the stroll to the theatre was mostly under cover. Price was good through (website) but mini-bar and in room food service seemed expensive although we did not participate in either of these. Check in and check out are very slick and efficient. Hotel has god secure parking facility at an extra cost, this is reasonably priced for in City parking. Definately recommend and will use again.

Have stayed in this hotel since it was new some 10 years ago when it was excellent. It is now tired. The furniture is "the same" - how can you tell - well it is rather unique (cowhide lounge chair, etc). the bed on this occasion was like staying at a budget youth hostel - not nearly good enough for standard of the hotel. The restaurant is OK, but overpriced for the quality as is the wine list. Dissapointing on this occasion compared to other very satisfied stays. Will probably not stay again.

The hotel was right at the convention centre. The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, alcohol was pricey, but I think that is the norm in Perth. I would definitely stay there again if we attended another convention in Perth.

We were very disappointed that on ordering ion room dining that excellent food was provided in styrofoam packs. It was very much out of kilter with the other standards practiced by the hotel ( and indeed any other hotel that I have stayed in)
