Walking distance to everywhere, or tram stop right outside front door. Rooms were very quiet, all the staff were very friendly, the only downside were the old TV's, the reception was quite poor due to non digital TV's, but other than that perfect spot to stay.

Very standard room with all the amenities for a one night stay. Cannot really complain about the hotel, it had all the features that you would expect from a hotel. The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean and the location is in a great spot of Melbourne.

Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Shower is over bath. Restricted room in shower. No tv in bedroom.

Stayed for two nights for a conference. First night was on the second level facing Flinders street- LOTS of noise from Trains/Trams/Traffic which settled after midnight, but the "Lads" shouting at full volume at 3am would wake anyone. Obviously recently renovated - clean & modern, just a shame they didn't spend on the double glazing facing the street! HOWEVER, staff were wonderful & although fully booked on the first night were great about moving me to a room on the tenth floor away from the St - Bliss! Make sure you ask for a room away from the street if not used to noise!
