Really nice hotel - in the dockland area of Copehagen, so there are great walks from the hotel to the quai and to the city. Good to have coooking facilities as Copenhagen is expensive. Friendly helpful service. We had a great time

Closer attention to cleaning of the rooms is required. Only the bare minimum was attended during our two week stay. Location was favourable.

Comfortable studio apartment which was a good 5 min walk to train for city or airport. Could walk to some of the cruise terminals as well. Easy walk to the Little Mermaid and from there a lovely stroll into the town centre. A supermarket in the same building so perfect for self catering.

Shower had a drain that barely unclogged during the time spent in it - the drain is probably not big enough. Also - the water temperature went from cool to scalding without touching the tap at all and we considered it dangerous.

A pleasant hotel convenient for the harbour area and near to good transport links. Swimming pool sauna and fitness suite are good but disappointingly the jacuzzi was out of action during our stay.

Although the apartments are slightly out of town, it was quick & easy to get to & from by train - there's a very regular service from the Osterport station which is no more than 10 minutes walk away. Our stay was really comfortable & the room was perfect. The service was great & the apartments had all the facilities we needed (& more) including free internet access. The area was quiet so we slept well & there is a convenient supermarket next door which means you can make proper use of the kitchen facilities. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Copenhagen & will recommend the hotel to anyone we know who is visiting.

Great place to stay in Copenhagen, if you don't mind sleep away from the very centre. Easy transport links to anywhere, also nice to walk by the seaside. Good opportunity to cater for yourself in apartment, Netto supermarket just at the corner.

We stayed there for five days at the end of June 08. The apartment was spacious, clean and modern with a fully fitted kitchen. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and had a good meal at the restaurant one evening. The hotel is in a quiet residential area close to the waterfront but away from the town centre. It is pleasant walk either along the shoreside promenade or through the park to the central area. Alternatively you can take a bus or the harbour bus [boat] to the town. There is not much choice of restaurants local to the hotel, but there is a small supermarket close by. Overall we thought it was a great place to stay.

The hotel is very good! It is a bit far from the city centre...but not a major problem. The rooms are clean and very nice. I would recommend staying here. The cost-benefit ratio is good!

I really liked the hotel, and the rooms were fantastic. But i didnt like that they charged us 150 kroner a night for å baby cot. Otherwise the hotel was great. The swimming facilities were exquisite and they were complimentary.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful, thank you to Jo Sarah Agna Anya etc Walk into city area quite a trek in colder weather but the train is 12 minute walk and one stop into city area. Maybe the Adina Hotel should consider a shuttle bus service to train station..that would make it perfect

This hotels location is a bit far from the centre of copenhagen, but is only 500-600 yards from the little mermaid and water taxis into the new harbour areas. Would recommend this hotel to anyone prepared to walk to the buses or water taxis. The staff were great and the facilities were excellent

As a family with an infant child hotel appartment are really great, and I would always prefer one over a hotel. This one is not easy walking distance to the city centre, but reasonably located for Oesterport station. The appartment is well enough furnished, but a place where they in the best Ryan-air style try to make more money by charging for absolutely everything as extras - and charging quite alot. 65 kr. for one litre of mineral water was a favorite, as was 150 kr. pr night for the cot bed (a clasical traveling cot, so after a few nights it would have been cheaper to buy it yourself.)

Wouldn't stay again because of checkout. Wanted 750DKK extra for a cot plunked in the middle of tiny living area when the room rate stated on hotel club was for three. I showed her my copy. She didn't back down. So I calmly went to breakfast and came back later and they took the charge off. Location not that great.
