I stayed at this hotel when it first open, and it hasn't changed. It is starting to feel like the rooms need a freshen up. It was clean and tidy however the rooms look tired.There were a few minor issues like lights and lamps not working due to bulbs not being replaced and the remote on the TV not working. Location is fabulous, just a short walk to the city centre. I wouldn't like to pay any more for the room it would not be value for money.

Only stayed one night for business. Check-in was quick and simple, surprised by the added cost of parking ($15) as well as a $50 charge to extend by check-out time by just two hours. Room spacious, however bathroom, and furnishings require a good clean. Stains on couch, and some unidentified 'smear' on one of the leather tub chairs. Kitchen with basic utensils, enough to cook a simple meal. Checkout took a while as only one person on duty checking in a group. Overall acceptable for a one night stay, I wouldnt want to stay there much longer than that. If they cleaned it a bit better I would probably stay there again.

I expected an electric blanket for a winters night in Canberra. Noise wasn't an issue. Loved being able to get a Maccas coffee at any hour! Friendly & helpful staff.

Hotel was located in the perfect location, good value for rmoney. Walking distance to the Canberra Centre. If I had to find a negative, the only thing was that there was no soap or shampoo in the ensuite bathroom. Other than that, it was fine.
