Great location, walk to China Town, exceptional room with a view down the river to the city... Parking is tight and full so the staff allowed us to park in the staff car park rather than leave the car on the street... Staff were very helpful in all aspects... Highly recommended..

The staff verged on ill mannered, the wi fi was down all week end and they gave us a room overlooking the spa/pool which was very noisy. Location is all that saves this hotel.

The main thing about the Medina is the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent although it can be hard to access anything to eat late at night in this location. Its great to have parking on site and not require vale service. The pool is good to have and the restaurant breakfast good value. Can recommend especially for the business traveller.

Loved the view from the balcony of the river and bridge. Only one complaint, there wasn't enough furniture for a two bedroom apartment. There were four of us fighting over a two seater couch and three seat dining suite. Overall, friendly staff, great location and nice and clean.
