Great location, walk to China Town, exceptional room with a view down the river to the city... Parking is tight and full so the staff allowed us to park in the staff car park rather than leave the car on the street... Staff were very helpful in all aspects... Highly recommended..

The staff verged on ill mannered, the wi fi was down all week end and they gave us a room overlooking the spa/pool which was very noisy. Location is all that saves this hotel.

The main thing about the Medina is the staff. They are always pleasant and helpful. Location is excellent although it can be hard to access anything to eat late at night in this location. Its great to have parking on site and not require vale service. The pool is good to have and the restaurant breakfast good value. Can recommend especially for the business traveller.

Loved the view from the balcony of the river and bridge. Only one complaint, there wasn't enough furniture for a two bedroom apartment. There were four of us fighting over a two seater couch and three seat dining suite. Overall, friendly staff, great location and nice and clean.

I switched hotels from the Q Resorts Gabba Apartments to the Medina and this room felt like heaven compared to the dingy dump I was in. Although there is no cooking facilities, the room is a great size and very comfortable and clean. I didn't use the sauna or gym but it was great that they had secure parking. Check in and out ran smoothly and I had a great night's rest.

The overall experience was pleasant. Was in a great location and room with balcony overlooking the river was quite nice. Some staff were extremely helpful whilst others appeared to show no interest in being courteous or helpful. This aspect is disappointing as the initial check-in and service always leaves a lasting impression. Overall experience was quite good though.

Thank you to The MEdina apartments. We loved staying there. Would have liked a little higher floor as I requested, due to climbing the story bridge. Wanted the family to be able to see me. However it was still great. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you

I travel a lot for work so I've experienced my fair share of cockroach riddled slums to opulent 5 star overdoses. This was one of the most gorgeous hotels I've had the pleasure of staying in. The marble lobby room is a wonder in itself. For once I had a queen size bed that was exactly that and not two single beds jammed in the middle. The room was exceptionally clean and didn't have that musty "a hooker must have died in here" pungent stench other hotels have. It was raining during my stay but the exquisite rock pool (with fish feeding) looked to be like something from a Singapore resort. The breakfast was a little pricey and the staff seemed a little grumpy (but who wouldn't be at 6am) but otherwise it was a great buffet. They even had chinese pork buns which I have never seen served in this country for buffet breakfast before. All in all, fantastic. I will always stay here when in Brisbane.

Was a handy location to Valley but a fair distance from queen street if wanting to walk to or from. Overall the building and facilities were all good value at the time for the price.

Customer service for 1st class! Studio room was a little pokey especially for the price. Location was perfect - close to CBD, Fortitude Valley, West End, restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again if the price was right.

We stayed in a clean and functional studio room with a small river view balcony. Wardrobe was small but suited our 2 day stay. The kitchenette was tiny - think hotel room with sink and cupboard in entry hall. Highly recommend the restaurant and service was great. Nice riverside walk to Eagle Street - perfect for before and after each day of the seminar we attended. Yes, would happily repeat the experience..
