Need a renewal for the facilities. But the location and profession of the staff become the hotel very good for accommodation.

very nice driver, front desk staff, restaurant was not to my personal standard so I ate elsewhere, but the people were delightful.

After 1st night was upgraded to Adi Dharma Hotel, which was great as we got a much nicer room at no extra cost. Although the bathroom was a bit tired and in need of a freshen up. Beautiful garden and pool area. Off the street so was lovely and quiet, but Legian Rd a very short stroll away. Breakfasts were fabulous but dinner menu a bit limited. Lovely staff. Spa treatments expensive in comparison to salons on the main steet.

Room was clean/tidy but had an adjoining room and occupants were very noisy hence no sound proofing because of adjoining rooms. Had to ask them to be quiet. Requested a hotel transfer to airport and was agreed with price but when we wanted to confirm was told that no transfer was available so ended up paying twice the price.
