Perhaps time of year (Between Christmas & New Year) but the service was slow and the rooms and facilities are looking tired. But great location.

Hotel is run down. Only one soap in bathroom and one towel per person. Spa was closed but wouldn't want to swim in roof, unheated lap pool anyway. Cut my back on corner of bathroom bench getting out of bath. Deluxe room overlooked the street, so street light illuminated room through transparent curtains, and listened to the drunks fighting at 1am and 3am then garbage truck at 5am.

located in fab locality great concept of something a bit offbeat. amenities though i thought lacked and time for a renovation is near. the pool on roof is a plus but again needs some attention as getting a bit tired. the staff were very helpful and relaxed and make good coffee and very yummy breakfasts! pricing is fair for the city

A very nice hotel, but the rooms are starting to look a bit tired. While they were funky when new a few years back, the interiors are starting to look cheap and dated. Great location, but the only view from the room was of the building across the lane way! The TV was terrible.
