By far the best hotel that we stayed at in Europe.

Convenient to have a kitchen in the room. But it is worth the price to relax that way. Close to metro and shops. Easy parking.

- nice staff, helped to book excursion but told us to a wrong metro station to get to the gather point - no hot water for 2 nights in my room no. 400. I had to go to another room for a shower. - close to Champs Elysee and Arc de Triomph. 15 minutes walking to Printemps and Lafayette. - the ventilation fan was not strong enough for cooking food. we had no clue of how to operate the microwave and dish washer as everything was in French. there was no salt and pepper. - There was a few staircases to get to the elevator, not convenient for moving luggages. - The breakfast costed 16 euros, we didn't try it, so don't know whether it's good or not.
