We enjoyed our stay in Montmartre. Just a great shame we couldn't see all the Rugby World Cup on the TV in our appartment - even though you went to great lengths to advertise the game in your foyer.

I stayed at the Pierre & Vacances City Montmartre in mid September. The hotel is more like an apartment; no room service, no daily maid service, etc. I had a triple room and compared to other hotels I stayed in in Paris, this was a large room. I had a well stocked kitchen and the bathroom had a full bathtub; a luxury compared to the average Paris hotel room. It was freshly painted and newly decorated. Front desk service was great; everyone was very pleasant and spoke English. Location is wonderful; you're at the foot of Sacre Coure and in a lively neighborhood. I really liked the area and would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is based in the lively Montmatre area, stayed with my two young daughters fairly safe area. The staff were very courteous and helpful. This is an ideal hotel if you do travel with a young family and you want to lessen the cost of your vacation by preparing your own meals, as they have kitchen facilities. This is the second time I have stayed here and would certainly stay again.

Nice place, "village Paris", near a square, shops, restaurants, and a small theater. Metro around two corners. Clean nice studio (=+good kitchen) Polite desk personel. "Little surprises" (that did not at all spoil our vacation, by the way): extra city tax, we selected through internet a double bed, but got two beds. We payed (extra) for the first day a "Gourmet Breakfast" (on bed) for 9 Euro p.p. and they forgot (?) the milk, the compote, the cheese,... So the next days we went out and bought the fresh croissants / breakfast at the corner. A far better idea.
