Perfect location in the old town, just to the west of the Torres de Seranos. Nice old building but thoroughly renovated inside: the rooms are fairly spacious, with unfussy modern decor. Good standards of cleanliness. Friendly reception staff, who all spoke excellent English. A good deal overall. Note that breakfast isn't included: it is 8 Euros per person extra, although to be fair there is a big sign pointing this out near reception, so no-one should be in any doubt. It is a reasonable buffet breakfast and probably worth the 8 Euros. Roof terrace cocktail bar is pricey, but very handy for watching the fireworks if you are there for Las Fallas or one of the other fiestas.

Very friendly staff and provided best help for visitors to any city we have visited. Great location and higly recommended - will definately stay at hotel again when visiting the city

Hotel promised a jacuzzi on the roof but this was not working. The Gym did not exist- it had not been built yet. The first room we were shown smelled of smoke even though it was on a non-smoking floor. The internet did not work in the room- only worked if we held our laptop out over the balcony. They did agree to give us breakfast in return for having no gym or jacuzzi or internet but I would not stay here again if I needed internet access for business.
