every time use sink or toilet made a rite noise.shower head broken,had tv in room but was not english talking,hard to explaine to landlord about problems.safe in room did not work. heating only come on when landlord put it on was very cold in room ..wouldnot advise any one to go there

Staff are friendly and helpful. The location is very good. It takes about 10 minutes by walk from Plaza Catalunya. Near the hotel, there are a couple of local cafes & restaurants open until midnight. They are quite nice too. Free wireless internet. The room we stayed was a twin room. Relatively small, and not like an ordinary hotel room. But clean and nice. TV and (empty) fridge were in the room. No vending machine for drinks. There is a convenience store (dvd rental shop) nearby.

Service bad for the first night the room was very hot. Next day we said this to the keeper, who gave us a remote control for the air conditioning. Answer after asking why he didn't give us this the day before: "You did not ask!" The first day was very noisy till after 2 o'clock in the night. The bed was broken, which was repaired immediately after reporting. Third day another very nice gentleman looked after our luggage.
