I stayed here for a week to attend an on-site UF elective. Overall it is a clean and comfortable place and gets the job done. The a/c and heat work well, the bed and sheets were clean, and the bathroom was clean. Definitely worth the money.

I'm a UF student in their weekend MBA program, and I began staying at this hotel several months ago. There is safe and well lighted parking, clean rooms (have never seen a bug), clean bathrooms, no bad smells or mold, and the staff is friendly. I had previously stayed at much more expensive hotels, and the quality at this hotel is as good or better than hotels that are significantly more expensive in Gainesville. Highly recommend ABC. Also, it's only about a mile from campus, or, about a 4-5 minute drive.
