Location
Abbotsford Country House, a lazy hour from Adelaide CBD or airport, is situated at the south western corner of the iconic Barossa Valley and not only enjoys some of the best views of the Barossa but is best positioned for it's guests to easily access the surrounding Adelaide Hills and Clare regions.
Rooms
Each suite is spacious and tastefully decorated in a modern Australian country style with antiques and collectables gathered from the UK, Europe and the Barossa. All suites have their own access to wide verandahs looking on to views of vineyards and surrounding farmlands. Their suites have large ensuites and are modern and well appointed. They're well-facilitated and modern yet comfortable to make you feel at home.
Restaurant
The dining room is open to guests only staying for a minimum of 2 nights, and serves the best of Barossan and other South Australian produce and wines. As our produce is served fresh from the region, Abbotsford requires guests to advise 24 hours prior to stay for dinner bookings.

Abbotsford Country House Barossa Valley Guest Reviews
The evening at Abbotsford was just perfect for a relaxing getaway. I couldnt speak highly enough of the hosts who were very hospitable and also extremely knowledgable of the local area. 10/10.

Our hosts, Julian and Jane, gave my wife and I a warm welcome and ensured that we had a wonderful and relaxing time in the Barossa Valley. Their breakfasts were the equal of any 5 star hotel and the accomodation facilities even better.

An incredible place to stay (I chose well!). Fantastic room, beautifully decorated. The rooms are located in one of two cottages next to the main house. Great view, great people. Perfectly located for visiting Barossa valley wineries. A magical place to stay.
