The Schwetzingen Achat Hotel is a good 3 Star Property on State Highway 36. The traffic noice is considerable if your room is close to this. The continental breakfast is of very good quality. If you want to visit the beautiful Schwetzingen castle and park that is opposite, you can get a free entry from the hotel.

Staff were very good & helpful, however room had sloping ceilings with 2 windows, so therefore 2 jutting out pieces. where bed was situated you had to be very aware all the time. my husband and i both managed to hit our heads.

Staff were helpful. Room was clean. Good value. Approx. 15 minute walk from the town centre.

Nice hotel opposite Schwetzingen Palace Gardens. 5-10 minute walk to town and Palace. Good stopover place and close to Heidleberg.

Friendly, helpful staff. Only bad thing was no hot water one evening and then the following morning. Nice location with lots to do in area. Christmas market was lovely
