Disappointing stay. Inaccurate description given- location not near piazza del miracole and tower nor old town but inthe suburbs near hospital and new shopping precinct. restaurant very poor- food served cold and non availability of desserts stated on menu.

Nice hotel just a bit further away from centre than suggested on the website. Also the soundproofing between rooms was not sufficient. Excellent breakfast and friendly helpful staff.
