Contemporary design and adequate facilities are appealing features in its adv pic. But its location at the fringe n outlining area in the city means a walking time of around 25 min to most shopping and attraction points. The construction projects around provides added hurdle to its accessibility. The poor location does not merit the asking tariffs.
