The staff at the hotel (reception) were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help us which was much appreciated.

We stayed during the running of the bulls. Great service, easy to take the bus to the festivities. The room was a little small, but very nice, modern, and adequate. I would definitely try to stay again next time for San Fermin.
