The hotel itself had a pretty gloomy feel to it and I couldn't help but feel a little uneasy at some of the other guests staying there. The hotel staff wasn't very friendly and my room was very small, the tv only had six working stations, half the lights in the room didn't work and the shower was broken so there wasn't any warm water. I would avoid this hotel. I was very unhappy with the place.

Older facility with dated furniture but the price was amazing and convenient location. Staff was very nice. TV upgrade would improve amenities. Newer linens and bedding would improve comfort. Carpet needed cleaning especially along coving edges. Funniest part was seeing Disney fireworks from the bathroom window! Upstairs walkways were uneven and need resurfacing. Exterior could also use a facelift.

The small entrance was difficult to see because a palm tree blocked the sign. The staff was very friendly. The room had a small fridge and a TV but no comfortable chair to sit and read. I had to pay $10 deposit to activate the phone in my room, made 5 calls with a prepaid phone card, and got $6 back when I checked out. They didn't say anything up front about charging a fee per call, but considering the way the upscale places sock it to you, it wasn't worth fussing about. There are many posh hotels in the area and families with kids, which made the sidewalks feel safe even at night.

Not my favourite hotel, but it was vrry cheap and close to the convention center. I would have appreciated if the people at the front desk picked up the phone.

If you are going to Disneyland and just looking for a place to stay...this will work. The staff was nice. The area was a little questionable but not bad. It says its 1.5 miles but to the actual park its more like 2.2 so if you find a place closer that will save you from the parking $, I would go with that. The room was not super dirty but certainly not nice (cigarette burns and bleach stains on the bedding, broken toilet seat, etc). Overall, we wont stay here again but for the price its not too bad.
