Room was okay and clean. Staff we're nice and friendly. Nothing special but overall it was okay.

When I see in the picture, the hotel looks really smart and new but when I enter into this hotel, I a bit disappointed b'coz this hotel not real as in the picture. But during staying in this hotel, the staff is friendly, helpful but sometimes their really busy because only one housekeeping working during our staying there. So, we need to wait more than one hour to get our things that their put into the safety room.

we have a great time there.people in the hotel was great,even tthe driver omar was very good.the secretaries there like malys,maan or joan,and mavic was great people.ate jen the cooked and all people room boys was great.only thing they need to renovate is a pool was very small but all in all was great.place was very to all mall like moa,glorieta,megamall,ocean park.they treat us very good.

Very convenient if you have business meetings in Makati. Also near other major points in Metro Manila, as well as Airport. Practical choice for frequent travellers. Helpful staff. Safe and decent.
