Located at only 10 minutes walk from the New Plymouth, the 16 Northgate Motor Lodge is close to Fitzroy Village Shopping centres. Having easy walking access to the beach where you can go for swimming, beach combing, checking the surf or just strolling in the sunset.

lovely hosts, nice clean room with all the essentials eg hob, microwave, fridge. parking right outside the door, and the double glazing meant that it was quiet at night. great for 2 adults and our baby. lovely spa pool too. 2 min drive (5-10 min walk) to centre of town and the seaside walkway. would stay there again

Pleasant motel in a convenient location. Though I didn't stay in one, the owners assure me that the front units are now all redocorated and have double glazing.

Arrived late and had a very pleasant greeting. Very stormy wild weather but unit was very warm & comfortable. Great stay.

Very pleasant and helpful staff. New owners did a really great job. Will stay there again and recommend to anybody else heading off to New Plymouth.
