Communication between agent and the hotel need improvement as I was told by agent staff Ms Daisy that the hotel provide free airport transfer. However the hotel told me it charge 108000 for airport transfer. I had book the hotel 1 month in advance and had requested for room with 2 twin bed. The hotel tld me it cannot commit to my request but would try the best to meet it. I was worry that the hotel would disappoint me and lucky it meet my expectation. There must be a reason for us to request 02 twin bed. I would expect the hotel can confirm and arrange the importatnt expectation. The Breadfast standard require improvement. The food will taste better if it's kept warm. Coffee & Tea are dilute hence not fragrance.

Good services and nice room. But a bit far from beach or town area if by walking.
